JANICE SWAN, RMT
Janice is the founder and owner of Stressolutions Massage Therapy Clinic, and has been practicing massage therapy now for twenty eight years! She graduated on the Dean's List from the 2200 hour Massage Therapy Program at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1996, in Sutton, Ontario.
Janice enjoys learning, and is committed to improving her skills, which has led her to continue additional training in various assessment and treatment modalities including Myofascial Release, Jade Stone Massage, and Cupping Therapy to name a few. Shaina Hayes, RMT
Shaina has joined us just recently, having practiced in rural Ontario since 2018. She works with a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, trigger point
therapy, fascial release, MLD, PNF stretching, as well as relaxation-based treatments. Shaina looks forward to working with clients of all ages towards their individual treatment goals, while, as a new resident of Nova Scotia, exploring our beautiful province on her off time! |
DESTINI MACDONALD, RMT
(Please note: Destini is returning from maternity leave on March 2nd).
Destini joined us in February 2023. She began her career in 2021, and while fairly new to the profession, is skilled beyond her years. Destini is eager to add to her knowledge and skill set and has completed additional training in Cupping, Gua Sha, and has a passion and the specialization for treating clients throughout pregnancy and postpartum. |
